摘要
基于Win3DD-M三维扫描装置、Geomagic Wrap和Geomagic Design X软件平台,采用逆向设计方法对全曲面零件——环形锚钩进行了三维数字化设计,在分析零件工艺特点和加工难点的基础上,对零件的加工工艺方案进行了研究,最后利用UG自动编程软件根据零件特征选择合理的加工方法和策略,生成零件的数控加工程序,将程序导入数控铣床加工得到了零件的再设计实物,将该零件装入器械后运行效果良好。
Based on Win3DD-M three-dimensional scanning device,Geomagic Wrap and Geomagic Design X software platform,the three-dimensional digital design of the full-surface part-ring anchor hook is carried out by reverse design method.On the basis of analyzing the process characteristics of the parts and the processing difficulties,the machining process plan of the parts is studied.UG automatic programming software is used to select reasonable machining methods and strategies based on part characteristics and to generate CNC machining programs for parts.The program is introduced into the CNC milling machine to obtain the redesigned parts.It works well after loading the part into the instrument.
