切顶卸压沿空留巷挡矸支护设计 被引量:3

摘要 以山西古县兰花宝欣煤业矿井当前主要开采的2^(#)和3^(#)煤层为研究对象,针对煤层采用无煤柱开采成套技术过程中并未进行顶板切顶卸压,导致顶板压力增大、严重底鼓等问题进行分析。为避免采空区形成后上方顶板破断垮落且垮落矸石涌入巷道影响正常开采,必须实施巷道采空区侧帮挡矸防护。在现场进行了9种挡矸支护方案对比试验,最终选用挡矸支护效果较好的“可缩U型钢支柱+单体液压支柱”的挡矸支护体系以及增设金属网组成的可缩性柱-网的组合型支护结构。分析结果显示,所采用的切顶卸压沿空留巷挡矸支护方案能有效避免垮落矸石滚入巷道,为设备及施工人员提供安全的工作环境。所述的切顶卸压沿空留巷挡矸支护方案设计可为类似巷帮支护提供借鉴参考,也有助于切顶沿空留巷技术的推广应用。 Taking 2^(#)and 3^(#)coal seams currently mainly mined in the coal mine of Guxian Lanhua Baoxin Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,Shanxi Province as the research object,analyzes the problems of roof pressure increase and serious floor heave caused by the lack of roof cutting and pressure relief in the process of adopting the complete set of non-pillar mining technology in the coal seam,in order to avoid the breakage and collapse of the upper roof after the formation of the goaf and the influx of collapsed gangue into the roadway affecting the normal mining,the side gangue retaining protection of the roadway goaf must be implemented.Nine kinds of gangue retaining support schemes were compared in the field.Finally,the gangue retaining support system of"shrinkable U-steel pillar+single hydraulic pillar"with good gangue retaining support effect and the combined support structure of shrinkable column-net composed of metal mesh were selected.The analysis results show that the adopted roof cutting and pressure relief roadway retaining support scheme can effectively avoid the collapse of gangue rolling into the roadway and provide a safe working environment for equipment and construction personnel.The design of the gangue retaining support scheme of roof cutting and pressure relief roadway retaining along the goaf can provide a reference for similar roadway support,and also contribute to the popularization and application of the roof cutting roadway retaining technology along the goaf.
