沿空留巷深孔预裂卸压与巷内加强支护协同护巷技术研究 被引量:20

摘要 为降低顶板来压对无煤柱开采巷道的影响,增强巷道稳定性,解决沿空留巷动压剧烈、支护困难等问题,提出了深孔预裂卸压与巷内加强支护协同控制技术,并采用UDEC数值模拟软件系统研究了深孔预裂卸压技术中切顶高度、角度等参数对切顶卸压效果的响应,分析了巷道加强支护方案对沿空巷道的护巷效果,同时在陈四楼煤矿2803工作面下巷进行了工业性试验。结果表明:深孔预裂最佳方案为预裂间距600mm,预裂高度为17m,预裂角度为15°;工业性试验实测分析2803下巷巷道位移均控制在500mm以内,工作面支架阻力3000~5000kN之间,卸压后工作面顶板对巷道影响较小。 In order to reduce the influence of roof weighting on the non-pillar mining roadway, enhance the stability of roadway, solve the problems such as severe dynamic pressure and difficult support along goaf, the coordinated control technology of deep hole pre-cracking pressure relief and roadway reinforcement support was proposed. The influence of cutting roof height, angle and other parameters on the pressure relief effect of roof cutting was studied using UDEC numerical simulation, and the protective effect of roadway reinforcement support scheme on goaf roadway was analyzed.At the same time, the industrial test was carried out in Chensilou Coal Mine 2803-lower working face. The results show that the optimal deep hole pre-cracking spacing, height and angle is 600 mm, 17 m and 15°, respectively. In the industrial test, the roadway displacement was within 500 mm, the support resistance of the working face was between 3000 and 5000 kN, and after pressure relief, the roof of the working face has little influence on the roadway.
