摘要
为了保证8107工作面安全快速过F6贯穿断层,对工作面过断层回采工艺进行优化,提出了“旋转调斜+抬底破顶”联合回采工艺,并对断层区围岩采取“注浆+架棚+超前管棚+双钢筋托梁棚”等联合支护技术。实际应用效果表明:回采工艺及支护技术优化后减少了工作面破岩量,提高了断层区围岩稳定性,取得了显著应用成效。
In order to ensure the safe and rapid passage of the 8107 working face through the F6 penetrating fault,the mining technology of the working face passing through the fault is optimized.A combined mining technology of"rotary inclination adjustment+bottom lifting and roof breaking"is proposed,and joint support technologies such as"grouting+scaffolding+advance pipe shed+double steel support beam shed"are adopted for the surrounding rock in the fault area.The actual application effect shows that the optimization of mining technology and support technology reduced the amount of rock breaking in the working face,improved the stability of the surrounding rock in the fault area,and achieved significant application results.
