摘要
为提高煤炭回收率、提高矿井服务年限,以香源煤业1210运输巷为工程背景,设计了1210运输巷沿空留巷支护技术,留巷前采用锚杆+锚索+钢筋托梁+钢塑复合网联合支护,留巷后在采空区侧采用锚杆+钢筋托梁+钢塑复合网+柔膜混凝土+对拉锚杆进行加强支护。技术应用后,实现了1210运输巷留巷围岩的稳定控制。
In order to improve the coal recovery rate and mine service life,taking the 1210 transport roadway of Xiangyuan Coal Industry as the engineering background,the gob-side entry retaining support technology of the 1210 transport roadway is designed,which is supported by bolt+anchor cable+steel joist+steel-plastic composite mesh before retaining the roadway.After retaining the roadway,bolt+steel joist+steel-plastic composite net+soft film concrete+tension bolt is used to strengthen the support on the side of the goaf.After the application of the technology,the stable control of the surrounding rock of the 1210 transportation roadway is realized.
