摘要 食品微生物检验在食品安全维护中发挥着重要作用。但在实际检验工作中,食品微生物检验存在大量影响因素,如人为因素、环境因素、仪器设备因素以及检验过程因素等,这些因素均会导致食品微生物检验质量下降,进而导致检验结果不准确、不可信以及不可靠,最终导致该检验工作失去价值。基于此,本文对食品微生物检验的质量控制进行了研究,旨在通过对检测人员、检验环境、检验仪器和检验过程的控制有效消除检验中存在的问题,提升检验结果的可信度与准确性。 Food microbiological inspection plays an important role in food safety maintenance.However,in the actual inspection work,there are a large number of influencing factors in food microbiological inspection,such as human factors,environmental factors,instrument and equipment factors,and inspection process factors.All of these factors can lead to a decline in the quality of food microbiological testing,resulting in inaccurate,unreliable,and unreliable testing results,ultimately rendering the testing work worthless.Based on this,this paper studies the quality control of food microbiological inspection,aiming to effectively eliminate the problems existing in the inspection and improve the reliability of the inspection results through the control of the inspection personnel,the inspection environment,the inspection instruments,and the inspection process.reliability and accuracy.
