摘要
食品安全问题一直是社会关注的焦点问题之一,而微生物检验又是食品安全的主要保障之一。基于此,本文主要对食品微生物检验的方法,以及检验质量控制进行深入研究,以期进一步提高食品微生物检验的质量与准确性,为食品安全提供保障。
Food safety problems always are the focus of attention of society, and microbial testing is one of the main protection of food safety. In view of this, this paper focuses on the methods of food microorganism inspection, inspection and quality control are studied, in order to further improve the quality and accuracy of food microbiological testing, to provide protection for food safety.
