摘要
目的探讨分析以问题为中心式教学(PBL)“一对一”导师制教学在麻醉科住院医生培训中的重要作用。方法将2018年8月—2021年8月麻醉科规培医生90名作为该次研究对象,随机将其分为A、B两组。A组实施常规“一对一”带教法(n=45),B组实施PBL“一对一”带教法(n=45),对比两组规培医生的考核成绩、临床核心能力与教学满意情况。结果B组规培医生教学考核成绩、临床核心能力和教学满意度均较A组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对麻醉科医生的规范化培训,PBL“一对一”导师制教学方法的应用,可有效提升住院医生的理论与实践综合能力,在提升麻醉科专业医生整体素质方面发挥着重要的作用,是一种有效的培训教学方案。
Objective To explore and analyze the important role of problem-centered teaching(PBL)"one-to-one"tutor system teaching in the training of anesthesiology residents.Methods A total of 90 trained doctors in the anesthesiology department from August 2018 to August 2021 were included as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,A and B.Group A implemented the conventional"one-to-one"teaching method(n=45),and group B implemented the PBL"one-to-one"teaching method(n=45).The assessment results,clinical core competencies and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of regular training doctors were compared.Results Group B had higher teaching assessment scores,clinical core competence and teaching satisfaction than group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the standardized training of anesthesiologists,the application of PBL's"one-to-one"tutoring teaching method can effectively improve the theoretical and practical comprehensive ability of residents,and play an important role in improving the overall quality of anesthesiologists.It is an effective training and teaching program.
