摘要
为加快实木板材加工企业的智能化进程,解决企业各个生产线之间上下料衔接人工耗费成本高的问题,设计了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)优算设计的机械手搬运系统。首先,分析系统的设计需求。其次,对机械手搬运系统各个关键部件进行选型优化。最后,通过对各节点的选型及整体的有限元分析,大幅提升搬运效率,在实现实木板材智能化生产的同时,有效降低人工成本,提高企业的生产效益,加快搬运企业的智能化进程。
In order to speed up the intelligent process of solid wood board processing enterprises, and solve the problem of high labor cost in the connection between loading and unloading of various production lines in enterprises, a manipulator handling system based on PLC optimization design was designed. Firstly, the design requirements of the system are analyzed, and then the selection of key components of the manipulator handling system is optimized. Finally, through the selection of each node and the overall finite element analysis, the handling efficiency has been greatly improved. While realizing the intelligent production of solid wood panels, the labor cost has been effectively reduced, the production efficiency of enterprises has been improved, and the intelligent process of handling enterprises has been accelerated.
