摘要 《家庭教育促进法》是我国家庭教育法发展的历史性成就,而“双减”政策也是我国未成年人减负政策持续演进的成果,两者之间存在着深度的逻辑连通。两者在目标导向与联动机制上体现一致性,在具体文本规定中存在逻辑衔接,《家庭教育促进法》为“双减”政策提供制度保障。以此为视角,“双减”政策背景下,《家庭教育促进法》具有显著的实践意义,在塑造教育改革的着力点,家庭教育立法的根本目的与重要机制,以及家庭教育立法的价值追求方面,产生巨大影响,并最终为推动我国教育改革发挥积极作用。 The family education promotion law is a historic achievement in the development of China’s family education law,and the“double reduction”policy is also the result of the continuous evolution of China’s minor burden reduction policy.There is a deep logical connection between the two.The two reflect consistency in goal orientation and linkage mechanism,and there is logical connection in the specific text provisions.The family education promotion law provides institutional guarantee for the“double reduction”policy.From this perspective,under the background of the“double reduction”policy,the family education promotion law has significant practical significance.It has a great impact on shaping the focus of education reform,the fundamental purpose and important mechanism of family education legislation,and the value pursuit of family education legislation,and finally plays a positive role in promoting China’s education reform.
