摘要
我国社会组织发展正步入新阶段,传统的合法性空间不足问题已得到较大改善,但资源汲取能力不足的发展瓶颈却日益显著。在此背景下有必要引入资源汲取理论视角,从社会组织的资源依赖结构、对资源环境的认知能力、资源竞争水平等维度研判不同类型社会组织的发展特征及其面临的深层挑战。这一理论视角可弥补既有研究过于强调宏观制度环境约束而疏于分析社会组织具体运行机制的不足,也可以更好检视由国家、市场、社会多方力量编织的社会组织资源支持体系中蕴含的深层问题,从而找到推动中国社会组织健康发展的有效路径。
The development of Chinese social organizations is entering a new stage.The traditional lack of legitimacy has been greatly improved while the development bottleneck of insufficient resource absorption capacity is becoming more and more obvious.In this context,it is necessary to introduce the perspective of resource mobilization theory to study the development characteristics and deep challenges of different types of social organizations from the dimensions of resource dependence structure,cognitive ability of the resource environment,and resource competition level.This theoretical perspective can make up for the deficiency of existing studies that place too much emphasis on the constraints of macro institutional environment and neglect the specific operation mechanism of social organizations.It can also examine the deep problems in their resource support system composed of the state,market and society,so as to find an effective path to promote the healthy development of Chinese social organizations.
