摘要
“双减”政策是重塑我国基础教育格局的重大改革举措,是促进学生全面发展、健康成长的正确途径。基于“双减”政策背景,运用数理统计等方法,分析我国体育培训企业的发展现状和现实困境。目前我国体育培训企业面临盲目扩张、无序竞争,监管难度增大;区域发展不平衡,地域差距持续扩大;培训项目市场供需矛盾凸显;从业人员不稳定,复合型人才缺乏;教学内容与教学形式创新力不足等问题。提出相应对策:加强市场监管,打造体育培训企业核心竞争力;规范价格管理,完善体育培训市场体系,改善供需矛盾;扩大西部地区体育培训市场,缩小东西部差距;加强师资队伍建设,培养复合型人才,提高从业人员的稳定性;推进体育培训企业多方面创新,倡导新型教学。
The “double reduction” policy is a major reform measure to reshape the pattern of the fundamental education in China, and also a correct way to promote the all-round development and healthy growth of the students. Based on the “double reduction” policy background, the paper analyzes the development status and practical difficulties of China’s sports training enterprises by using statistical analysis. At present, China’s sports training enterprises are facing blind expansion and disorderly competition, making supervision more difficult. The regional development is unbalanced, and the regional gap continues to expand. The contradiction between supply and demand in the training project market is prominent. The employee supply is unstable and the compound talents are insufficient. There is lack of innovation in teaching content and form. The paper proposes to strengthen the market supervision and build the core competitiveness of sports training enterprises, standardize the price management, improve the sports training market system, and improve the contradiction between supply and demand, expand the sports training market in the western region and narrow the gap between the East and the West, strengthen the construction of teaching staff, cultivate the compound talents, and improve the stability of employees, promote the innovation of sports training enterprises in different aspects and advocate new teaching.
