智能时代教师知识结构的发展框架及其实现路径 被引量:15

The Development Framework and Realization Path of Teachers’Knowledge Structure in the Intelligent Age

摘要 智能技术与教育融合共生,增加了教师知识结构的丰富性与复杂性,要求教师知识结构的框架随之发展。基于此,文章首先梳理了教师TPACK知识结构的脉络,绘制了TPACK相关研究成果的发展图谱。随后,文章构建了智能时代教师知识结构的发展框架,提出基于跨学科理念设计学科教学知识、依托智能技术设计整合技术的学科知识、结合智能教育空间设计整合技术的教学知识、通过智能教育境脉设计整合技术的学科教学知识,以实现教师知识结构的动态转换。最后,文章阐释了智能时代教师知识结构发展框架的实现路径,包括组织个性化学习、创设智能教育空间、构建智能教育境脉、打造“人本”教育生态。文章的研究拓展了教师TPACK知识结构,有助于提升教师的智能教育素养和专业能力,并为教育质量的提高提供新思路。 The symbiosis of intelligent technology and education increases the richness and complexity of teachers'knowledge structure,and requires the framework of teachers'knowledge structure to develop accordingly.Based on this,this paper firstly sorted out the context of teachers'TPACK(technological pedagogical content knowledge)structure,and drew a development map of TPACK-related research results.Subsequently,this paper constructed the development framework of teachers'knowledge structure in the intelligent age,and proposed to design the pedagogical content knowledge based on the interdisciplinary concept,design the technological pedagogical knowledge based on intelligent technology,design the technological content knowledge combined with the intelligent education space,and the technological pedagogical content knowledge through intelligent education context,in order to realize the dynamic transformation of teachers'knowledge structure.Finally,the realization path of teachers'knowledge structure development framework in the intelligent age was expounded,which included organizing personalized learning,creating intelligent education space,constructing intelligent education context,and creating a“people-oriented”education ecology.The research of this paper expanded teachers'TPACK structure,helped to improve teachers'intelligent educational literacy and professional ability,and provided new ideas for the improvement of education quality.
