摘要
书院和学院协同育人是目前书院制改革高校迫切需要解决的关键性问题。分析了郑州航空工业管理学院书院、学院协同育人实践中的主要经验及其面临的困境,探索以双院协同育人新载体为抓手和牵引,构建书院、学院协同育人理念、内容、载体、方法、制度深度融合的双院“五位一体”协同育人新模式,为破解书院制改革过程中出现的双院协同育人难题提供借鉴案例,为高校持续推进书院制改革提供路径选择。
The collaborative education between colleges and academies is a key issue that needs to be solved in the college system reform of universities. The paper analyzes the main experience and difficulties in the practice of collaborative education between colleges and academies of Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics. It explores a new mode of “five-in-one” collaborative education between the two colleges with the implementation of the new carrier as the starting point and traction, which is deeply integrated with the concept, content, carrier, method and system of the college and the academy,in order to provide a reference case for solving the problem of the collaborative education between colleges and academies in the reform of college system, and provide a path choice for universities to continuously promote the reform of college system.
