摘要
在普通高校实施书院育人过程中,导师制模式扮演了重要作用。为了更好地提升书院育人效果,要针对导师制模式出现的导师对书院认同感不强、导师之间沟通协调不畅、导师队伍建设力度不足以及评价、激励机制不够健全等问题展开研究,探寻解决上述问题的有效路径,即通过提升导师对书院导师制的认识、加强协同育人、多渠道加强导师队伍建设和构建多维运行机制等途径强化书院导师制,推动书院育人的高质量发展。
In the process of implementing college education in ordinary colleges and universities,the mentorship model plays an important role.In order to better improve the effect of college education,it is necessary to carry out research on the problems of insufficient understanding of the college by tu-tors,poor communication and coordination between tutors,weak construction of the tutor team,and in-sufficient evaluation and incentive mechanism in the mentorship model,and explore effective ways to solve the above problems,that is strengthening the construction of the college mentor system by im-proving the tutor’s understanding of the college mentor system,strengthening collaborative education,strengthening the construction of the tutor team through multiple channels and building a multi-di-mensional operation mechanism to promote the efficient development of college education.
