摘要
按照一定规则制定文献检索方法,全面地检索相关文献。利用制定好的文献纳入与排除标准,最终纳入文献10篇。通过对文献进行Meta分析,探究基于POMS量表的运动干预对本科大学生的心境影响。结果发现:(1)运动干预可以显著降低本科大学生的情绪纷乱总分,改善他们的总体心境状况,缓解本科大学生的紧张、愤怒等情绪,提升他们的精力;(2)运动干预对本科大学生抑郁、慌乱、疲劳、自尊等影响的Meta分析存在异质性,结论不明确;(3)分别进行敏感性分析并剔除异质性来源后,发现运动干预可以显著缓解本科大学生的抑郁、慌乱等情绪和疲劳感,提升他们的自尊感。今后应收集更多高质量的文献,进一步深入细致地分析运动干预对本科大学生心境的影响。
According to the established rules,the method of literature retrieval is formulated,and then the literature is searched comprehensively.Develop a standard that says how the literature is included and how the literature is excluded.10 references were finally included.Through Meta analysis of the literature,the purpose is to explore the influence of sports intervention on the mood of undergraduate students.After meta-analysis,the results are obtained:(1)Sports intervention can significantly reduce the emotional turmoil score of undergraduate students,improve their overall state of mind,relieve the tension and anger of undergraduate students,and enhance their energy;(2)there was heterogeneity in the meta-analysis of the effects of exercise intervention on depression,panic,fatigue and self-esteem of undergraduates,and the conclusion was not clear;(3)after sensitivity analysis and the elimination of heterogeneous sources,it was found that exercise intervention could significantly alleviate the depression,panic and fatigue of undergraduate students and improve their sense of self-esteem.More high-quality literature should be collected to analyze the influence of exercise intervention on undergraduates’mood.
