摘要
通过测定普通女性大学生经过八周60分钟有氧健美操运动后身体自尊和心境状态的变化,研究有氧健美操运动对普通女性大学生身体自尊与心境的影响。结果:经过四周60分钟有氧健美操锻炼后,PSPP总分效果显著,八周后更加明显(p<0.05),主要表现在身体价值感、身体吸引力和身体状况三个方面。四周有氧运动后POMS全量表分数、紧张、抑郁和自尊差异显著(P<0.05),八周后全量表分数、紧张、愤怒、疲劳、精力和自尊差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:八周60分钟有氧健美操运动能有效地提高或改善普通女性大学生的身体自尊水平;可以有效降低普通女性大学生心境状态中的消极因素,提高其积极因素,有利于心境状态的改善,对普通女性大学生心理健康起到促进作用。
In order to study the effect of aerobic calisthenics exercise on body self-esteem, mood and mental health indexes among female collegians.This paper tested the body self-esteem,mood and mental health indexes after sixty minute aerobic calisthenics.Results: The total sum of PSPP was significantly increased after four weeks and after eight weeks (p〈0.05),The TMD,strain,self-esteem were changed remarkable after four weeks.There were significantly changed in TMD,depress,selfesteem after four weeks (P〈0.05).All of indexes were changed remarkable after eight weeks (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Eight weeks aerobic calisthenics exercise can facilitate increase or improve the level of the body self-esteem, mood and mental health,which is helpful for the female college students to reduce the negative ingredient on mood and mental,and increase the positive ingredient, help to improve the mood and mental.It was facilitate to body and mind health.
