摘要
分析了体育锻炼对大学生抑郁情绪改善的功能,从而深化对体育锻炼的健心功能的完整认识,为更好地开展体育锻炼和运用体育锻炼为手段和途径来维护个体心理健康提供有效的理论支持。
The papers analyzes the effects of physical exercises on the psychological improvement of the college students with depressive mood,aiming at deepening understanding of roles that physical exercises play in the improvement of mental well-being meanwhile providing effective theoretical basis for maintaining individual mental health by means of physical exercises.
