摘要
研究新型环保二苯基二硫类金属塑解剂在农业子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:与生产配方胶料相比,加入二苯基二硫类金属塑解剂的试验配方混炼胶的门尼粘度下降,加工性能改善,门尼焦烧时间、t _(10)和t_(90)变化不大;硫化胶的硬度和300%定伸应力相当,拉伸强度稍有降低,拉断伸长率、撕裂强度和阿克隆磨耗量稍有增大,炭黑分散性有一定程度的提高,炼胶能耗降低。
The application of new environmental-friendly diphenyl disulfide metal plasticizer in the tread compound of agricultural radial tire was studied. The results showed that,compared with the production compound,the Mooney viscosity of the compound of test formula with diphenyl disulfide metal plasticizer was decreased,the processability was improved,and the Mooney scorch time,t_(10 )and t_(90) changed little. The hardness and modulus at 300% elongation of the vulcanizate were equivalent,the tensile strength were slightly decreased,the elongation at break,tear strength and Akron abrasion loss were slightly increased,the dispersion of carbon black was improved to a certain extent,and the energy consumption of mixing was reduced.
