摘要
研究环保塑解剂DBD用量对全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体胶性能的影响。结果表明:随着塑解剂DBD用量的增大,胶料的门尼粘度减小,门尼焦烧时间和正硫化时间缩短;与未加塑解剂的胶料相比,加入塑解剂DBD的胶料的炭黑分散性提高,60℃时的损耗因子减小;当塑解剂DBD用量不大于0. 2份时,胶料的综合性能较好;成品轮胎耐久性能达到国家标准要求。
The effect of dosage of environmental-friendly plasticizer DBD on the properties of carcass compound for truck and bus radial tire was studied. The result showed that,as the dosage of plasticizer DBD increased,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased,and the scorch time and optimum curing time were shortened.Compared with the compound without plasticizer,the carbon black dispersion of the compound with plasticizer DBD was improved,and the loss factor at 60 ℃ decreased. It was found that the dosage of plasticizer DBD should be less than 0. 2 phr in order to ensure good comprehensive properties of the compound,and the durability of the finished tires met the requirements of national standards.
