摘要
研究了二邻氨基苯基二硫化物与吡啶甲酸和不同无机盐的反应。以与吡啶-3-甲酸和氯化锌无机盐的反应为例,对反应最佳原料配比进行了分析,确定反应时间、添加剂种类等因素给合成结果带来的影响,完成了1#、2#、3#金属塑解剂制备。相较于纯DBD,1#塑解剂的门尼黏度仅为61.5,展现出了较DBD更优的塑解性能。
the reaction of dio-aminophenyl disulfide with pyridine formic acid and different inorganic salts was studied.Taking the reaction with pyridine-3-formic acid and zinc chloride as an example, the optimum ratio of reaction materials was analyzed, and the influence of reaction time, additives and other factors on the synthesis results was determined.Compared with pure DBD, the meney viscosity of # 1 plasticizer is only 61.5, showing a better plasticizing performance than DBD.
