摘要
以苯胺和硫氰化钠为原料,经加成、水解、氧化及酰化等反应合成了目标产物2,2′-二苯甲酰氨基二苯基二硫(劈通-22)。考察了反应时间、反应溶剂及浓硫酸滴加速度等对反应的影响,并采用元素分析和红外光谱对中间产物及目标产物进行了表征。
2,2＇-Dibenzamido diphenyl disulfide（pepton-22）was prepared from aniline and sodium thiocyanate by the additional reaction,hydrolysis reaction,oxidation reaction and acylation reaction.The effect of reaction time,solvent and dropping velocity of sulfuric acid on the reaction was investigated.The structure of the intermediate and object products were characterized by EA and FTIR。
