摘要
为了有效降低吨纱用棉、提高产品制成率,详述纺纯棉普梳纱品种时控制清梳落棉率的要求,即制定标准落棉率、杜绝无效落棉、做好落棉分配、保证落棉率及质量水平的一致性;通过梳棉机工艺优化前后落棉率和棉结数量对比、棉纤维的物理性能和成纱指标对比,指出:做好清梳工序落棉率控制对纯棉普梳纱品种用棉量水平至关重要;通过该工序攻关使吨纱用棉量下降约42 kg,成纱棉结下降约18个/km,降低了用棉成本,提高了经济效益。
In order to effectively reduce the cotton consumption of per ton yarn and improve the product yield,the requirements of controlling the noil rate of blowing-carding in spinning pure cotton common carding yarn varieties are described,that is,setting standard noil rate,eliminating invalid noil,distributing noil well,ensuring the consistency of noil rate and quality level.According to the comparison of noil rate,number of neps,physical properties of cotton fiber and yarn quality index before and after the process optimization of carding machine,it is pointed out that the control of noil rate in blowing-carding process is very important to the cotton consumption level of pure cotton common carding yarn varieties.Through this process,the cotton consumption of per ton yarn is decreased by about 42 kg,the yarn nep is decreased by about 18 per kilometer,the cotton cost is reduced,and the economic benefit is improved.
