摘要
绿色发展是中国转向高质量发展的必由之路,绿色制造是绿色发展重要的组成部分。评价绿色制造体系的基础是标准,依据标准开展绿色制造体系建设,在建设的过程中发现标准需求,制定标准,这是一个循环上升不断提高的过程。本文基于湖北省绿色制造体系现状的分析,结合作为第三方评价机构的工作实践,对湖北省下一步绿色制造体系建设工作提出建议,供相关部门和行业参考。
Green development is the route China must take to realize high-quality development,and green manufacturing is an important part of green development.The evaluation of the green manufacturing system is based on standards.The construction of the green manufacturing system is carried out according to standards.In the process of construction,the standards demands are found and standards are developed.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the green manufacturing system in Hubei Province,combined with the work practice as a third-party evaluation agency,this paper puts forward suggestions for the construction of the green manufacturing system in Hubei Province,providing reference for relevant departments and industries.
