摘要
为了使新疆机采棉在梳理过程中达到棉层、棉絮、梳棉条、精梳条的质量控制指标,结合新疆机采棉特点,对清梳联、梳棉、精梳工序进行分析;阐述新疆机采棉中杂质、短纤维、危害性纤维、危害性疵点、地膜性异性纤维的清除效果;表明其缺点可以通过清梳联、梳棉、精梳工序的工艺改进以及梳理元件、梳理器材的调整得到控制。指出,在无法对新疆机采棉自身质量进行改进的前提下,以上方法是对新疆机采棉质量控制的最好措施,并提出了未来发展方向。
In order to enable Xinjiang machine-picked cotton conforming with the quality control index including cotton layer, cotton fiber, carded sliver and combed sliver in the combing process, review is done to the process of blowing-carding, cotton carding and combing process. Description is done to the scavenging effect of Xinjiang machine-picked cotton regarding impu- rities and short fibre rate, hazard fiber, hazard faults, foreign fiber such as mulching film, indica- ting that the disadvantages of the Xinjiang machine-picked cotton can be overcome through im- provement the processes of blowing-carding, cotton carding and combing and carding accessories. It is pointed out that the above-said processes are the best method controlling the quality of the Xinjiang machine-picked cotton otherwise. The future development direction is prospected.
