摘要
为了更好地控制纺纱过程中各工序半制品及棉纱成品的棉结,通过对棉花棉结与棉纱棉结关系的阐述,分析认为棉花棉结是棉纱棉结的主要影响因素之一,而影响的关键在于棉花的主要物理指标及其轧花质量,采摘环境、形式以及加工流程、工艺、环境等;棉纱棉结的来源和控制相对于棉花棉结的影响较小,主要受控于清梳联、梳棉、精梳工序以及纺纱器材、工艺数据的变化。
In order to have a desired control of the neps in the semi-products of various process of spinning and the resultant yarn, through the introduction of the neps both in cotton and the in the yarn, conclusion is made that the neps in cotton is one of the main factors related to the neps in the yarn. The factors includes the physical property and the ginning quality of cotton, pick up environment, pick up method, and the process flow,process,envrionment. Neps of the yarn is better controlled than that of cotton. It mainly depends upon the clear-card unit,cotton carding, combing process and the regulation of the textile accesso- ries, and the process.
