摘要
工业纯铝棒材产品内部夹渣物,采用扫描电镜观察夹渣物形态并使用能谱分析夹渣物成分,根据夹渣物的可能原因做比对分析,确认夹渣物的产生原因并提出管控及预防措施。
The inclusion in commercial purity aluminum was observed by SEM,and the composition of the inclusion was detected by EDS.The cause of the inclusion was determined by comparation with possible source and give control methods to prevent the inclusion defects.
