摘要
基于铝液中的夹杂物会对铸造产品产生不利的影响和准确地检测铝液中夹杂物对于铝合金熔铸过程的重要性,讨论了现有的夹杂物检测技术,如金相分析法、K-模具法、PoDFA、Profil Footprinter、LiMCA、多电压探针传感器法和超声波法等,比较了每一种方法的优缺点;同时,探讨了可能改进夹杂物检测技术的方法。
Based on the adverse effects of inclusions in aluminum liquid on casting products and the importance of accurate detection of inclusions in aluminum liquid for melting and casting process of aluminum alloy,the existing detection technologies of inclusions were discussed,such as metallographic analysis method,K-Mold method,PoDFA,Profil Footprinter,LiMCA,probe sensor with multi-voltage and ultrasonic method,and advantages and disadvantages of each method were compared,and possible methods to improve detection technology of inclusions were discussed.
