航天用大型铝锂合金锻件表面线性缺陷分析

摘要 1420铝锂合金锻件经机加工后发现表面有一条沿主变形方向的线性缺陷。本文采用便携式显微镜对缺陷形貌进行了放大观察,对缺陷处进行了能谱分析,对生产关键工序进行了检查。结果表明,缺陷内部存在较多的灰黑色物质,缺陷为氧化铝夹杂。锻件中的缺陷为铸造阶段插入铝液中的斜插管出现漏气导致液面波动而使氧化膜卷入熔体产生的。 A linear defect on the surface of the 1420 aluminum-lithium alloy forgings after machining was found along the main deformation direction. The defect morphologies were enlarged and observed by portable microscope. The energy spectrum analysis of defect position was carried out. And the key production procedure was examined. The results show that there are many black substances inside defects, defects are alumina inclusions. The defects in the forging are produced in the casting stage,which is inclined intubation inserting in aluminum liquid leakage causing the liquid surface wave and causing the oxide film to be involved in the melt.
