摘要
自2015年以来,教育部共分三批开展现代学徒制试点工作,前后共批准562个现代学徒制试点单位。在现代学徒制中企业和学校承担着“双主体育人”的责任和义务,企业师傅作为“双主体育人”的执行者,承担着对学徒的教育培养任务,而学徒(学生)又具有双重身份,在这样背景下企业师傅如何更好地履行培养职责,赋予企业师傅一定的惩戒权就显得十分必要。
Since 2015,the Ministry of education has carried out the pilot work of modern apprenticeship in three batches,and a total of 562 pilot units of modern apprenticeship have been approved before and after.In the modern apprenticeship system,schools and enterprises bear the responsibilities and obligations of"double main body to educate people".As the executor of"double main body to educate people",enterprise masters undertake the education and training of apprentices,and apprentices(students)have dual identities.Under this background,it is very necessary for the masters of enterprises to better perform their training duties and to give them certain disciplinary powers.
