摘要
工学结合是高等职业教育人才培养的基本途径和显著特征,实践证明,"工学交替"的实习制度具有更好的实训绩效。文章运用博弈论方法对合肥财经职业学院农商学院校企合作的实习实训进行了分析,提出了在实习实训过程中构建实践教学体系的制度安排:一是创新实训制度安排,推动特色人才培养;二是构建实践教学体系,落实实习实训制度;三是健全校企协同机制,保障实训高效实施。
The combination of work and study is a basic channel and salient feature of personnel training of higher vocational education. The practice has proved that ＂work-learning alternately＂internship training system has better training performance. This paper applies Game Theory to analyze the practical training on the school-enterprise cooperation in Agriculture and Commerce School of Hefei Vocational College of Finance and Economics,and proposes the institutional arrangements to build a practical teaching system in the process of internship： first is innovating the internship institutions to promote the special talent cultivation; second is constructing the practical teaching system to implement the internship institutions; third is perfecting the school-enterprise coordinative mechanism to guarantee the effective implementation of internship.
