摘要
反应器是具有非线性、时变、多扰动的化学反应装置,其中反应器的液位、进料流量、进料配比等对生成物含量的影响较大。根据工艺流程和控制要求以及影响因素,利用变梯度初始开度法PID控制进行反应器的液位控制,同时设计了多段式温度专家控制系统对反应器温度进行控制,最终在SMPT-1000实验平台上进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,该方法对反应器的温度和液位控制效果较好,产品生成物含量大于等于80%,满足化工生产的控制目标。
Reactor is a chemical reaction device with nonlinear,time-varying and multi-disturbance,in which the liquid level,feed flow rate and feed ratio of the reactor have a great impact on the content of products.According to the process flow and control requirements as well as the influencing factors,the liquid level control of the reactor was carried out by using the variable gradient initial opening method PID control.At the same time,a multi-stage temperature expert control system was designed to control the temperature of the reactor,which was finally simulated and verified on the SMPT-1000 experimental platform.The simulation results show that the method is effective in controlling temperature and liquid level of the reactor,and the content of product is greater than or equal to 80%,which meets the control target of chemical production.
