摘要
以工业中常见的自然循环锅炉为被控对象,在分析其工艺流程、动态特性的基础上,结合安全、稳定等控制要求设计了锅炉系统的控制方案。采用PCS7过程控制系统和高级多功能实训控制系统(SMPT-1000)的锅炉单元实施控制方案,由PCS7提供的连续功能图CFC和顺序功能图SFC实现该方案从冷态开车起到最终达到稳态的整个过程。实验结果表明,该锅炉系统控制方案保证了整个开车过程的平稳运行,很好地满足了控制要求,并具有一定的抗干扰性。
In this paper,the industrial boiler is aimed as the controlled object,after analyzing its technological process and dynamic characteristics,taking into account the control requirements of security and stability,the boiler system control strategy was designed which was realized by Siemens PCS7( process control system) and SMPT-1000( super multifunction process control training system). The boiler system control strategy was implemented by Continuous Function Chart( CFC) and Sequential Function Chart( SFC). The experiment results show that this boiler system control strategy ensures start-up process running smoothly,and it meets control requirements perfectly and has good robustness.
