摘要
针对传统的连续过程系统物料浪费、产量偏低的缺点,综合考虑安全、生产优化、节能等,用SDG图方法分析了系统的特性,制定回收工艺的串级-比值控制策略,基于PCS7完整地设计硬件组态、CFC、并行SFC等全套控制方案。对所设计方案在实验装置SMPT-1000进行仿真,结果表明,在保证安全的同时物料回收利用率和生成物产量显著提高。对PCS7相关实验及工业控制的应用具有一定的参考价值,拓展了过程控制系统课程的实训教学。
In view of the disadvantages of traditional continuous process system such as material waste and low yield,the system characteristics are analyzed with the SDG diagram method to comprehensively consider the safety,production optimization,energy saving,etc.,and the cascade ratio control strategy of recovery process is developed.Based on PCS7,a complete set of control schemes such as hardware configuration,CFC and parallel SFC are designed.The simulation of the designed scheme in the experimental device SMPT-1000 shows that the utilization rate of material recovery and production yield can be significantly improved while safety is ensured.It has a certain reference value for the application of PCS7 related experiments and industrial control and expands the practical teaching of the Process Control System course.
