摘要 针对目前国内莱赛尔纤维碎浆工艺控制,分析了碎浆工艺流程、控制需求,设计一种基于西门子PCS7系统、PROFIBUS-DP现场总线技术的自动控制系统,系统具有控制器、C/S架构、网络和供电冗余的特点,提出基于PCS7 SCL语言编写面向对象的碎浆工艺控制算法,介绍了碎浆工艺程序的设计过程,如何建立碎浆工艺控制对象和确立控制对象的属性和动作,实现了工艺水制备顺控、碎浆顺控程序、碎浆工艺控制算法和生产经验封装在碎浆工艺功能块中,提高了编程效率,组态更加灵活。实际运行结果表明,设计的工艺控制程序极大地节省了控制器运行内存和数据内存,达到了精确控制生产的要求,实现了计算机编程思想在自动化控制程序设计中的应用。 Aiming at the current domestic Lyocell fiber pulping process control,It analyses the pulping process flow and control requirements,and an automatic control system based on SIEMENS PCS7 System and PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus technology is designed.The system has the characteristics of controller,c/s architecture,network and power supply redundancy.An object-oriented pulping process control algorithm based on PCS7 SCL language is proposed.It introduces the design process of pulping process program,how to establish the pulping process control object,and how to establish the attribute and action of the control object.The process water preparation sequence control,pulping sequence control program,pulping process control algorithm and production experience are encapsulated in the pulping process function block.The programming efficiency is improved and the configuration is more flexible.The actual operation results show that the designed process control program greatly saves the running memory and data memory of the controller,The application of computer programming idea in automatic control program design is realized.
