摘要
构建家校合作共同体是有效开展家校合作的重要措施,有利于家长和教师、家长与学生、家长同家长间的相互学习、共同进步。在社会互赖理论视角下审视家校合作发现,当前家校合作中合作意愿缺乏、合作体制不健全以及合作胜任力不足等导致双方消极互赖的因素是家校合作工作面临的主要挑战。因此,基于社会互赖理论视角提出树立家校合作共同目标、促进合作制度形成长效机制、提高家校合作胜任力等转化路径。
Building a home-school cooperation community is an important measure to effectively carry out home-school cooperation,which is conducive to mutual learning and common progress between parents and teachers,parents and students,parents and parents.Looking at home-school cooperation from the perspective of social interdependence theory,it is found that the lack of willingness to cooperate in home-school cooperation,the unsound cooperation system,and the lack of cooperative competence caused the negative mutual dependence of the two parties to be the main challenges of home-school cooperation.Based on the perspective of the theory of social interdependence,it proposes a transformation path to establish the common goal of home-school cooperation,improve the cooperation system,form a long term mechanism,and improve the competence of home-school cooperation.
