摘要
银屑病性关节炎临床表现异质性很强,敏感且可靠的影像学检查能够协助医师在诊疗过程中对患者确定临床诊断。高频肌骨超声在慢性关节炎领域的广泛应用促使了对银屑病性关节炎(PsA)发病机制的进一步探索,且在其疾病管理中扮演着越来越重要的角色。
The clinical manifestations of psoriatic arthritis are highly heterogeneous.Sensitive and reliable imaging examinations can assist physicians in confirming the diagnosis in routine clinical practice.The widespread application of high-frequency musculoskeletal ultrasound in chronic arthritis has led to the further exploration of the pathogenesis of PsA and played an important role in disease management.
