摘要
目的评估银屑病关节炎(PsA)与高血压之间的相关性。方法该研究于2020年9—12月提取PubMed和web of science数据库中的相关文献和数据共562篇并最终筛选出10篇,使用RevMan 5.4软件对银屑病与符合标准的银屑病关节炎和高血压之间的相关性进行荟萃分析。结果共纳入10篇关于银屑病关节炎和高血压的文章,结果显示银屑病和高血压相关[OR=2.87,95%CI(1.85,4.33)]。结论根据目前的数据,银屑病性关节炎与高血压显著相关,表明银屑病性关节炎可能增加高血压的风险。
Objective To assess the association between psoriatic arthritis(PsA)and hypertension.Methods The study extracted a total of 562 relevant literature and data from PubMed and web of science databases from September to December 2020,and finally screened 10 articles.RevMan 5.4 software was used to compare psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis that met the criteria.A meta-analysis of the relationship between hypertension and hypertension.Results A total of 10 articles on psoriatic arthritis and hypertension were included,and the results showed that psoriasis and hypertension were associated[OR=2.87,95%CI(1.85,4.33)].Conclusion Based on current data,psoriatic arthritis is significantly associated with hypertension.suggest that psoriatic arthritis may increase the risk of high blood pressure.
