摘要
目的评价“药-浴-膏”疗法治疗斑块型银屑病血热证的临床疗效及安全性。方法77例患者按随机数字表法分为试验组(39例)和对照组(38例)。两组均给予牛1方,试验组加用消银1号汤药浴。观察两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效,以及银屑病皮损面积及严重程度指数(psoriasis area and severity index,PASI)评分,并评估不良反应及复发率。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(92.31%vs 78.94%,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组PASI总分均低于治疗前,且试验组浸润、脱屑指数均降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较显示,试验组浸润、脱屑及PASI总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(7.69%vs 7.89%,P=0.923)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论“药-浴-膏”疗法治疗血热证斑块型银屑病具有较好的临床疗效和安全性。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of"medicine-bath-ointment"therapy in the treatment of blood heat syndrome of plaque psoriasis.Methods A total of 77 patients were randomly divided into experiment group(n=39)and control group(n=38).Both groups were given Niu 1 decoction,while the experiment group was treated with Xiaoyin No.1 decoction medicinal bath.The clinical efficacy and psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the adverse reactions and recurrence rates were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group is higher than that in the control group(92.31%vs 78.94%,P<0.05).After treatment,the total PASI scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the infiltration and desquamation indices of the experimental group decreased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in recurrence rates between the two groups(7.69%vs 7.89%,P=0.923).There were no significant adverse reactions in the both groups.Conclusion"Medicine-bath-ointment"therapy has good clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of plaque psoriasis with blood heat syndrome.
