摘要
学校教育是国家推广普及国家通用语言文字、规范国民语言文字使用,铸牢中华民族共同体意识的主阵地。民族地区国家通用语言文字教育基于政策实践,在教学系统、教学目标、教学内容和教学策略等方面均发生了深刻的历史嬗变。其理论逻辑表现为以教育性教学解决属性问题,以发展性教学解决场域问题,以社会性教学解决过程问题。据此,在实践理念层面上,应着力全面达成民族地区国家通用语言文字教育价值逻辑预设的多重教育目标,重点加强民族地区学生国家通用语言文字读写能力;在实践行为层面上,须重视教学节奏与学习节奏的关系,精炼教学内容,着力提高核心素养;在组织建设层面上,应完善学校治理文化,重视教师专业发展文化,打造良好环境文化。
School education is the main front for the state to popularize national lingual franca, standardize the use of national language, and solidify the sense of community of the Chinese nation. Based on policy practice, the teaching system, teaching objectives, teaching contents and teaching strategies of national lingual franca in ethinic areas have undergone profound historical changes. Its theoretical logic is manifested in solving attribute problems with educational teaching theory, field problems with developmental teaching theory, process problems with social teaching. Therefore, in terms of practical intention, efforts should be made to fully achieve the multiple educational goals of the value logic of national lingua franca education in ethnic areas, and focus on strengthening the reading and writing ability of students in ethnic areas. At the level of practical behavior, we should pay attention to the relationship between teaching rhythm and learning rhythm, refine the teaching content, and strive to improve the core quality. At the level of influencing factors, we should improve the school governance culture, pay attention to teachers’ professional development culture, and create good environmental culture.
