摘要
南北疆民族分布的差异,是历史上自然形成的。这种差异在新疆今天的语言生活中尤其是国家通用语言使用实际中有明显的反映:南疆维吾尔族的国家通用语言普及程度和使用水平明显低于北疆。本文选取南疆喀什市和北疆伊宁市的维吾尔族进行国家通用语言抽样调查对比研究,从语言能力、语言使用、语言态度等方面比较两市维吾尔族之间国家通用语言使用差异,为今后在新疆不同地区因地制宜地推广国家通用语言文字,为国家制定相关语言、教育政策提供参考。
The difference of ethnic distribution between northern and southern Xinjiang is naturally formed in history. Such difference is clearly reflected in the language life in Xinjiang today,especially in the use of national common language. Compared with northern Xinjiang,the popularity and use of national common language by the Uyghur of southern Xinjiang are much lower. The paper selects the Uygur in Kashi of southern Xinjiang and Yining of northern Xinjiang to make a contrastive study of national commonlanguage use from the perspectives of language ability, language use and language attitude. The findings may provide reference for the promotion of national common language in different parts of Xinjiang,and for relevant language and education policy making of the nation.
