摘要
后疫情时代加强和改进国际传播能力建设,是当前中国学界亟待关注的战略问题。法国将国际传播作为其文化外交战略的重要手段之一,近年来,法国通过调整文化外交战略,积极构建国际传播数字网络体系,对加强和改善我国国际传播建设具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。本研究基于文化外交理论,爬梳法国文化外交战略的历史变迁,揭示后疫情时代法国文化外交的数字网络体系,分析并探讨新时代中国国际传播能力提升的新路径。
In the post-epidemic era, strengthening and improving international communication capacity building is a strategic issue that needs urgent attention from the Chinese academia. France has always been focusing on the international influence of culture and has made international communication one of the important tools of its cultural diplomacy strategy. In recent years,France has adjusted its cultural diplomacy strategy and actively built a digital network system for international communication,which may provide certain inspirations to China. Based on cultural diplomacy theory, this paper combs through the evolution of France’s cultural diplomacy strategy, reveals the digital network system of French cultural diplomacy in the post-epidemic era,and explores new paths for improving China’s international communication capacity in the new era.
