摘要
阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)是一种常见的睡眠呼吸障碍性疾病,其发病机制与上呼吸道解剖结果异常及睡眠相关的上呼吸道肌肉功能减弱等因素相关。近年来,随着医学技术的进步及对相关机制的深入研究,一些既往针对上呼吸道肌肉的二线治疗方法表现出非常乐观的应用前景,有可能会成为OSAHS治疗的重要方法,为未来OSAHS的治疗带来新的希望和重大突破。该文对上述疗法进行综述,以期OSAHS的治疗提供借鉴。
Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) is a common sleep disordered breathing disease.Its pathogenesis is related to the abnormal anatomical results of the upper respiratory tract and sleep-related the weakening of the muscle function of the upper respiratory tract.In recent years,with the progress of medical science and technology and the in-depth study of relevant mechanisms,some previous clinical studies on the second-line treatment of upper respiratory muscles show the optimistic treatpeutic prospect,which may become an important method of OSAHS treatment and bring new hope and major breakthroughs for the treatment of OSAHS in the future.Therefore,this article reviewed treatments in the above fields.
