摘要
目的:通过采用手术室舒适护理方式,对手术室护理安全质量管理的效果进行探究。方法:选取2018年1月至2018年12月临沂市第三人民医院收治的手术患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规手术管理护理方式,观察组采用手术室舒适护理模式。比较2组患者经过护理之后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、生命质量评分;神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA);睡眠相关评分等。结果:通过进行比较SDS、SAS和生命质量评分,护理后观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组比较护理后NIHSS、PSQI、FMA等评分的数据比较观察组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但护理前2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后观察组的睡眠质量评分为(5.34±2.41)分,其入睡时间评分为(5.62±1.36),睡眠效率评分为(6.06±1.03),睡眠障碍评分为(2.12±1.02)。通过进行比较,观察组的相关睡眠质量等参数优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室舒适护理模式有利于提高手术室护理质量的效果,减少患者不良情况的发生,改善患者睡眠质量,值得在临床医学中广泛应用推广。
Objective:Comfortable nursing mode by means of the operating room,to explore the effect of the operating room nursing safety and quality management.Methods:A total of 60 surgical patients treated in Linyi Third People′s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine operation management nursing mode,and the observation group adopted the comfortable nursing mode in the operating room.The scores of self rating Depression Scale(SDS),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and quality of life were compared between the two groups;Neurological deficit scale(NIHSS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),Fugl Meyer scale(FMA);Sleep related score,etc.Results:By comparing SDS,SAS and quality of life scores,the observation group was better than the control group after nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The data of NIHSS,PSQI and FMA scores of the two groups after nursing were better than that of the observation group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the sleep quality score of the observation group was(5.34±2.41),the sleep time score was(5.62±1.36),the sleep efficiency score was(6.06±1.03),and the sleep disorder score was(2.12±1.02).Through comparison,the relevant sleep quality and other parameters in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comfortable nursing mode in the operating room is conducive to improve the effect of nursing quality in the operating room,reduce the occurrence of adverse conditions of patients,and improve the sleep quality of patients.It is worthy to be widely used and popularized in clinical medicine.
