摘要
目的:分析应用重症监护护理对急性重症脑卒中患者睡眠质量影响及效果。方法:选取2019年5月至2021年1月武城县人民医院收治的急性重症脑卒中患者60例作为研究对象,按照不同干预方式分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组应用常规措施护理,观察组基于前组应用重症监护护理。比较2组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)等评分。结果:2组护理后NIHSS、PSQI、FMA评分经比较,观察组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但护理前2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组的睡眠质量评分为(5.34±2.41),入睡时间评分为(5.62±1.36),睡眠效率评分为(6.06±1.03),睡眠障碍评分为(2.12±1.02)。经比较,观察组的相关睡眠质量参数优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用重症监护护理对急性重症脑卒中的效果显著,可促使患者肢体和神经等功能有效恢复,且改善其睡眠质量。
Objective:To analyze the effect of intensive care on sleep quality of patients with acute severe stroke.Methods:A total of 60 patients with acute severe stroke who were admitted to Wucheng County People′s Hospital from May 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to the intervention method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given intensive care based on the control group.The scores of the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)were compared between the two groups.Results:The NIHSS,PSQI and FMA scores of the two groups after nursing were compared,and the observation group was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After treatment,the sleep quality score of the observation group was(5.34±2.41),the sleep time score was(5.62±1.36),the sleep efficiency score was(6.06±1.03),and the sleep disorder score was(2.12±1.02).After comparison,the related sleep quality parameters of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of intensive care nursing has a significant effect on acute severe stroke,which can promote the effective recovery of limb and nerve function of patients,and improve their sleep quality.
