阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与肿瘤免疫逃逸

摘要 机体的免疫功能与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,其中肿瘤免疫逃逸作为肿瘤细胞产生和转移的基本特征之一备受关注。一方面肿瘤细胞可通过多种机制逃避免疫系统的识别与攻击,另一方面免疫细胞及肿瘤微环境中多种成分可促进肿瘤免疫逃逸,最终导致肿瘤的生长、增殖、侵袭及转移。阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)是一种常见的睡眠呼吸障碍性疾病,越来越多的研究证据表明OSAHS在肿瘤免疫逃逸中发挥重要作用,其可通过调节肿瘤细胞抗原性及免疫原性、促进免疫抑制因子分泌、诱导免疫抑制性细胞增加、促免疫效应细胞失能等方面介导肿瘤免疫逃逸。因此,本文主要针对OSAHS在肿瘤免疫逃逸中的调节作用进行阐述。 The immune function is closely related to the production and development of the tumor,and tumor immune escape,one of basic characteristics of tumor cell generation and metastasis,draws great concerns.Whereas,tumor cells are capable of evading the recognition and attack of immune system through mechanisms;while the components in immune cells and tumor microenvironment are capable of promoting the tumor immune escape,ultimately causing the tumor growth,proliferation,invasion and metastasis.Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)is considered to be a common respiratory disorder during sleep.Increasingly more research evidences indicate that OSAHS plays an important role in tumor immune escape,and it supports mediating tumor immune escape by regulating the antigenicity and immunogenicity of tumor cells,promoting the secretion of immunosuppressive factors,inducing increased immunosuppressive cells and promoting the inactivation of immunoeffector cells.Accordingly,this paper mainly focuses on describing regulatory role of OSAHS in tumor immune escape.
