摘要
起皮缺陷是Q235B热轧带钢产品主要缺陷之一,具有缺陷发生率高、缺陷控制难度大等特点,严重影响热轧带钢产品表面质量。本文利用Q235B热轧带钢缺陷部位金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析仪等检测分析结果,对Q235热轧带钢起皮缺陷成因进行了研究分析。研究结果表明,起皮缺陷是由非金属夹杂物引起。经能谱分析仪确定,非金属夹杂物是由结晶器保护渣卷入及水口结瘤物组成,连铸过程夹杂物卷入铸坯表层,在轧制过程中不能焊合,造成起皮缺陷。通过改进连铸工艺,减少卷渣及改善中包水口材质,此类问题造成的起皮缺陷由12%降到5%。
Peeling defect is one of the main defects of Q235B hot rolled strip products. It has the characteristics of high defect incidence and difficult defect control, which seriously affects the surface quality of hot rolled strip products. In this paper, studied and analyzed the causes of peeling defects of Q235B hot rolled strip by using the detection and analysis results of metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analyzer for Q235B hot-rolled strip steel defects. The results show that the peeling defect is caused by non-metallic inclusions, as ascertained by the energy spectrum analyzer,non-metallic inclusions are composed of mold flux entrainment and nozzle nodulation, inclusions are brought into the surface of slab during continuous casting,which cannot be welded during rolling, resulting in peeling defects. Through improving the continuous casting process, reducing slag involved in, and improving the tundish nozzle material, the peeling defect caused by such problems is reduced from 12% to 5%.
