摘要
研究了武钢第二炼钢厂浸入式水口堵塞的形成机理。浸入式水口中 Al2 O3的堵塞降低了连铸生产率 ,也是引起钢材表面缺陷的一个原因。堵塞沉积主要是由于氧化物颗粒附着到浸入式水口耐火材料的内表面 ,继而烧结在一起所致 ,小沉积颗粒的烧结形成不规则的网状物 ,耐火材料和钢水间反应层的形成加速沉积 ,尤其是当耐火材料中含有可还原组分 (Si O2 )。提出了改善水口堵塞的措施 ,主要有改善水口材质、改善和维护水口形状、改善钢水清洁度、对钢水夹杂物进行变性处理。
The cloggingmechanism of submerged nozzle was investigated.Clogging b y Al 2O 3 in submerged nozzle reduces caster productivity and is also a source of surface defects on the product.The clogging is mainly due to the attachment of oxide particles onto the inner surface of the submerged nozzle followed by sinte ring.Sintering of the small deposited particles forms an irregular network. T he formation of a reaction layer between the refractory material and the steel can enhance deposition, in particular if the refractory contains reducible componen ts,(SiO 2).The major measures of preventing the submerged nozzle cloggi ng su ch as improving the nozzle materials, improving and maintaining the nozzle desig n, improving the steel cleanliness and modificating the inclusions in steel, are proposed.
