摘要
重点研究了梅钢浸入式水口堵塞来源和堵塞机理。通过扫描电镜、能谱分析等手段对水口中堵塞物进行了分析,发现堵塞物中Al2O3占51.81%,为造成水口堵塞的最主要原因。在此基础上,主要从减少Al2O3生成及阻止夹杂物在水口壁积聚两方面入手,采取了一系列工艺控制和改善措施,使单水口的连浇炉数由改进前的平均6炉提高到了9炉,连铸生产逐步顺行。
The clogging mechanism and sources of clogging substances of the submerged nozzle at Meishan Steel were mainly studied.After analyzing the clogging substances with SEM and EDS methods,it was found that Al2O3,accounting for 51.81% of the substances,forms the major cause of clogging.Based on this discovery,a series of process control and improvement measures were taken to reduce the formation of Al2O3 and prevent the accumulation of inclusions on the nozzle wall.As a result,the sequence casting has been increased to 9 heats from 6 heats and the casting operation has gradually become smooth and stable.
