摘要
本文重点研究了梅钢浸入式水口堵塞物来源和堵塞机理。通过扫描电镜、能谱分析等手段对水口中堵塞物进行了分析,发现堵塞物中Al2O3占51.81%,为造成水口堵塞的最主要原因。在此基础上,主要从要减少Al2O3生成及阻止夹杂物在水口壁积聚两方面入手,采取了一系列工艺控制和改善措施,使单水口的连浇炉数由改进前的平均6炉提高到了9炉,连铸生产逐步顺行。
The paper mainly researched the clogging mechanism and sources of submerged nozzle in Meishan Steel.Analytical techniques such as SEM,EDS were applied to research the clogging substance and found Al2O3 content was 51.81%,so Al2O3 was the main reason of creating clogging.On the basis of above-mentioned,series of optimization measures was carried out,continuous heats of tundish was increased from 6 to 9,continuous casting process was smooth.
